3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water. Mix well.
Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and frost with frosting of your choice or see below;

1/4 cup butter
1/2 box powdered sugar
1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 3 oz package cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
