1 packet of rapid rise yeast
1 cup of warm water
2 cups of flour
pinch of salt
1 tbsp olive oil

desired toppings
shredded asiago, mozzarella blend cheese
sliced tomatoes, marinara sauce
pizza stone or pizza pan

Directions:
Directions:
In a stand mixer add yeast, warm water, salt, olive oil mix until well blended on low add flour gradually, if dough seems to sticky add more flour until dough forms into a ball. Place into a greased glass bowl cover with towel. Dough will rise in about 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to the highest setting possible. Let it get real hot for about 20 minutes

Once dough is ready, roll out on a well floured surface. brush pan with olive oil (if using) or place on pizza stone. brush olive oil on dough. add your tomatoes , marinara, cheese and desired toppings. Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble in the middle and crust is browned. slice and serve.
