3 lg. (7 oz. each) Hershey 4 cups sugar
Symphony bars 1 cup butter (2 cubes)
1 pt. heavy whipping cream 1 cup walnuts, chopped


Directions:
Directions:
Break up bars into little squares and place in large mixing bowl.
Add butter (cut in slices). Put waxed paper in 9 X 13" pan. Combine
cream and sugar in a large saucepan and cook to softball stage (225 degrees).
Pour over chocolate bars and butter. Beat with mixer until smooth-- 3 to 4 minutes.
Add nuts and pour into 9 X 13" pan. Cover with tin foiland freeze for 2 hours.
Cut into logs, wrap in plastic wrap, and store in refrigerator or freezer
