2 cans creamed corn
1/2 can evaporated milk
3 tablespoons sugar
8 slices bacon
1 green bell pepper
1 medium onion
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Fry 4 slices bacon till crisp, chop onions & bell pepper and cook in bacon grease until soft. Chop cooked bacon in greased lg. bowl, mix onion, pepper, and bacon. While frying other 4 slices of bacon until partially cooked (soft). Add corn, milk, eggs & sugar to bowl and mix ingredients together. Lay 4 slices of partly cooked bacon across top of mixture, Bake at 350º-375º until knife inserted comes out clean.
