2-8 inch graham cracker crust
2 small boxes Sugar Free instant Vanilla pudding
1- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drain & save juice
2 cups fat free sour cream

Topping:
16 ounce lite Cool Whip
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup reserved pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding, drained crushed pineapple and sour cream together and pour into graham cracker crust. Mix the cool whip and chopped pecans, then fold in 2/3 cup pineapple juice. Place this on top of the pudding mixture and chill for several hours before serving. Makes 2- 8 inch pies.
