3/4 c. Crisco
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. warm mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 TBS. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream; Crisco, eggs and sugar
Add: 1 c. warm mashed potatoes and salt.
Dissolve yeast in warm (105-110º) water and let stand 10 minutes. Then add to the above. Blend and add the flour 1 cup at a time. The dough will be sticky. Let stand overnight (or at least a few hours till it doubles). Work down and shape you dinner rolls, put in a greased cake pan ( you will probably need 2), let raise and then bake at 350º. 20 min. or until golden brown.
