"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
1 Package Frozen Dinner Rolls (20-24 Rolls)
1 Small Package Butterscotch Pudding (Not Instant)
3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Stick Butter
Chopped Pecans (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
The night before you want to make the rolls, spray large bundt pan with Pam. Place frozen rolls in pan. Mix together pudding and brown sugar; spoon over rolls. Cut butter into slices and drop around on top of rolls.

If you have an electric oven, you can place the pan in the oven and let it sit overnight. If you have a gas oven, do not put the pan in the oven until the next morning.

When you are ready to cook, put pan in cold oven and turn oven to 325º. Cook for 30-35 minutes. You might want to put a larger pan under the bundt pan because it might boil over.

When done, remove from the oven and immediately turn pan over onto a large pie plate or bowl. Allow the sauce to drip over rolls.
