3 cups self rising four
1/2 cup sugar
12 oz beer
2Tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 º. Butter loafpan and set aside. In large bowl combine flour, sugar and beer and mix well. The mixture should be sticky.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and brush top of loaf with butter and return it to oven to bake for another mins.


****Bake at 350º for glass pans instead of 375º.
