3 chickens, cut up - I just used chicken breasts 2-3 lb bag, frozen
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup butter
1/2 cup white wine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Thaw chicken and pat dry. Prepare crumbs in blender, using day old firm white (or whatever) bread Cut off crusts. Add cheese, salt, and parsley to crumbs. Spread in shallow pan. Melt butte or margarine in saucepan, add wine, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and let cool slightly. Dip chicken breasts into butter mixture, then roll in crumb-cheese mixture. Coat each piece well, patting it on. Place in large shallow baking dish, drizzle remaining butte mixture over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes or until done at 350 until golden brown. Baste with drippings.
