1 pound flour
1/2 pound butter
4 ounces sugar
1 egg
cold water
3 fistfulls of rhubarb fresh and chopped
4 Tbsp sugar
Directions:
Directions:
rub the flour and butter together
add the sugar and egg
add cold water until mixture is stiff
rub together
add the rhubarb and then sugar on top

Bake 350 º for 30 min
