1-1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin
1/2 cup sherry
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup sesame seeds
spinach leaves

Dipping Sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 clove garlic,crushed
1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1 green onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a dish (or ziplock) large enough to hold the tenderloin, combine the sherry and soy sauce. Add the pork. Let marinate 2 -8 hours. Remove the tenderloin. Dry it well so the honey sticks. Spread honey on a plate. Roll the pork in honey, then in sesame seeds. Place the tenderloin in a roaster pan; roast at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 150 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes, then slice thinly on the diagonal.

Cut up in bite size pieces and serve with toothpicks.

Dipping Sauce: Combine all remaining ingredients for dipping sauce. Place in a bowl in the center of a serving platter. Surround the bowl with spinach leaves. Arrange pork pieces on top.
