3 tbsp butter melted
4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
3 1/2 cups white chocolate morsels
6 large eggs
12 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 24" loaf of day old French bread cut in 1/2 inch slices

Heat whipping cream, milk and sugar until hot. Remove from heat and add white chocolate morsels, stir until dissolved. Let mixture coo. Beat eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. While whisking constantly slowly add chocolate mix to the eggs, whisk until smooth.

In a 13x9 pan, coat the bottom with melted butter and line with parchment paper. Put one layer of the bread and pour half the mix on top, allow to absorb in. Put the rest of the bread and top with chocolate. Press the mixture down to absorb the liquid.

Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 325. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes more until the liquid in center is solid and top is golden brown.
