1 c Unsalted Butter Softened
3/4 c Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 c Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla
2 3/4 c Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
4 (1.4-oz) English Toffee Flavored Candy Bars, Chopped (Heath Bars)
1 c White Chocolate Chips
1 Package of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips or Chunks
1 c toasted Chopped Pecans or Hazelnuts

Directions:

Beat butter at medium speed with a mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugars, beat in well, add eggs and vanilla.

Combine flour and baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stirring well. Add this to the butter mixture beating at low speed. Stir in toffee candy, chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop dough by tbsp onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 º for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool slightly on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks and cool completely. Yields 4 1/2 dozen
