2 (15-oz) cans pineapple chunks, in juice or syrup
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 roll of ritz crackers crumbled
1 c. sugar or splenda
6 T. plain flour
1 c. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the pineapple and place in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix the cheese, crackers, sugar and flour. Sprinkle the mixture over the pineapple. Melt the butter and drizzle over the casserole. Bake uncovered and 325ºF for 40 minutes or until the casserole is browned.
