9 " Apple Pie
425 degrees. 35-50 min

8 cups cooking apples cored and sliced( Granny Smith, Macintosh)
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 TB flour
1 tea cinnamon
1/2 tea grated lemon
2 tea fresh lemon juice
4 TB butter


Directions:
Directions:

Lightly toss the apples with all above, except the butter.
Spoon into the pie pan, first placing the pastry in the bottom
Dot with the butter sliced into squares
Put remaining crust over apples..
Seal the crusts together and trim

Bake at 425 degrees. 35-50 min
