3 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t ground cloves
1 t salt
1 t baking powder
3/4 t baking soda
2 c shredded, unpeeled squash
1 c chopped walnuts
1 c raisins
3 eggs
1 c vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, salt, baking powder, baking soda, squash, nuts and raisins. In separate bowl, beat eggs and oil. Pour over flour mixture. Stir until moistened. Turn into greased 9 X 5 X 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours or until the crack on top feels dry to touch.
