1 stick butter
1 egg
1 wedge sharp cheddar cheese, grated
pinch of garlic or onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Allow butter, cheese, and egg to reach room temperature and blend together well. Make a sandwich and spread with mixture on top and on sides. Cut into squares and spread and cut into 4 squares. May be put on cookie sheet and frozen, and then put into bags to freeze and bake as needed. Bake 400º, 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
