1 c. corn meal
¼ c. flour
1 ½ Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of soda
1 egg
½ c. buttermilk
½ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of 10” iron skillet with oil, sprinkle corn meal on top of oil and heat on top of stove until corn meal is golden brown. Mix all corn bread ingredients together and stir, pour in skillet and bake at 425º for 25 minutes or until brown.
