1 lb. rice
1 c. coconut milk
1/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla essence
4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rice very soft in water. Add remaining ingredients and boil for 10 more minutes. Add sugar to taste. Serve hot or cold, as desired.
