6 Pork Chops, Boned
2 eggs
3 tbsp milk
1 box bread crumbs
3 tbsp oil or shorting
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chops with heavy object until 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. Beat egg with milk. Dip chops in egg mixture; dip in bread crumbs. Repeat process. Fry in oil at 380º until brown, both sides. Squeeze lemon on meat before serving. Serve with lemon slices.
