2 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 large onion (diced)
4 large jalapeños (diced)
1/2 cup of chili powder
4 beef bouillon cubes
4 teaspoons red pepper
2 teaspoons black pepper
2-8oz. Cans tomato sauce (1 regular and 1 hot)
2 cups of water
1 can of rotel tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Paprika
2 Tablespoons Cumin
2 cloves of fresh garlic (diced)
2 can of tomato paste (optional for reduction of spiciness and thicken the consistency of chili).

Directions:
Brown ground meat with ½ of onion, 2 jalapeños, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon Paprika, 1 tablespoon Cumin and ¼ cup of chili powder. (DO NOT DRAIN MEAT)
While browning meat boil 2 Cups of water with ½ of onion, 2 jalapeños, 1 clove of garlic, ¼ cup of chili powder and 2 beef bouillon cubes. Allow to boil 5 minutes.

Add to meat mixture 2 cans of tomato sauce and can of Rotel tomatoes. After these have been stirred add the boiled water mixture. Add 4 teaspoons of red pepper and 2 teaspoon of black pepper. Let simmer 30 minutes.

Then turn off and let sit refrigerated overnight of at least 1 hour and reheat and taste and make any personal small adjustments such as adding bouillon cubes, and tomato paste to individual taste.
