1 egg yolk
1/2 c. lard
1 c. molasses
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp soda
1 c. hot water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
Flour-enough to roll easily
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Add enough flour to roll easily. Roll, cut and bake at 350 until done. Frost with powdered sugar frosting. This recipe is well over 100 years old.
