1-6 oz pkg Chicken Stovetop
1 1/2 lb cubed Chicken Breasts
1 can Cream of Chicken OR Mushroom soup
1/3 cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Prepare boxed stuffing mix to instructions on package. Set aside. Place chicken and vegetables in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Mix soup, sour cream and cheese together and pour over chicken and veggies. Top with prepared stuffing. Bake for 30 minutes or until stuffing is lightly crisped and sauce is bubbling.
