1 lb ground chuck
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt

Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
4 tsp worchester sauce
1/3 cup green pepper
1/3 cup onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground chuck, egg, bread crumbs, and salt together into small balls. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Cook onion and pepper till tender, Add remaining - pour over meat bake at 350º for 20 minutes
