1 table butter
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
3 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth
black pepper
1 1/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 tab blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
saute onion and bell pepper in butter until soft. Stir milk broth and bring to a boil. Stir in Potato flakes and stir till thickened. Set aside 1 tablespoon of each cheese stir in the remaining cheese just before serving.
