1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 cup Taco Sauce
1 pkg of Taco Seasoning Mix
2-8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
2-16 oz cans Refried Beans
2 T. Lemon Juice
3 Avocados peeled and mashed
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions

Directions:
In large skillet cook ground beef with half of the taco seasoning mix (drain excess grease), when brown add taco sauce, mix and remove from heat. Spread the cream cheese into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread refried beans over cream cheese. Stir the lemon juice into the mashed avocado and spread over the refried beans layer. Sprinkle green onion over the top. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, mayo, and remaining taco seasoning until well mixed. Spread mixture over the avocado layer. Top with ground beef mix and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 325ºF for 30 minutes.
Serve with vegetable chips, crackers or tortilla chips.
