CAKE:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 small box of instant lemon pudding (3.5 oz size)
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water

FROSTING:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into ungreased 9x13" baking pan. Bake at 325º F for 50 minutes.

Blend frosting ingredients together and have ready when cake is done baking. Take a table fork and, starting at edges of cake and going to the center (going down to bottom of cake), poke holes in cake. Then spoon on the frosting while the cake is still warm. Cover pan with foil and put cake in refrigerator. The longer it sits, the better its flavor. Okay to let it sit overnight. Refrigerate any leftovers.
