3 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
4 cups sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups pecans (chopped)
2 unbaked pie shells
coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a medium saucepan mix the milk and cocoa, bring to a fast simmer. Remove from heat. In another bowl, combine sugar, flour, vanilla, butter, salt, and pecans. Pour milk and cocoa mixture over the sugar and pecan mixture. Mix well. Pour the mixture into 2 pie shells. Sprinkle with pecans and coconut if desired. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set.
