Ingredients:
Salad:
1-2 heads romaine lettuce
1 Granny Smith apple
Bleu cheese
Blueberries
Toffee glazed or candied almonds

Dressing:
3/4 c. Real maple syrup (real grade A amber)
1 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1 c. extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Salad:
Mix ingredients together

Dressing:
Blend ingredients in blender on High for 1 min. Before serving, pour dressing over salad or serve separately.
