Honey Mustard Mixture:
3 tbsp. dijon mustard
3 tbsp. melted butter
5 tsp. honey

Pecan Crust Mixture:
1 c. finely chopped pecans
2/3 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
4 tbsp. grated fresh parmesan
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat Oven 400º

Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Arrange salmon onto sheet. Brush salmon with honey mustard mixture and then cover with pecan crust mixture. Bake for 25 mins.
