1 qt. Sauerkraut
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small jar pimentos
1 ½ c. sugar
½ c. salad oil
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and water, stir until sugar is dissolved. Add chopped vegetables, sauerkraut and pimentos. Marinate overnight. Drain before serving.
