24 fresh snow peas (round not flat)
2/3 cup dry roast peanuts
4 oz. cream cheese
3 T. Mango Chutney (I get mine at Target)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Directions:
Directions:
Wash peas. Finely chop nuts. Mix cream cheese, mango chutney, and curry powder. Spread small amount around bottom half of snow pea. Dip cream cheesed end in peanuts to coat.
