1 can hominy
1 can black-eyed peas with jalapenos
1 ‘bunch’ green onions, cut in very small pieces
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 large tomato, diced
1 small bottle Kraft Seven Seas Viva Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Drain hominy and black-eyed peas and pour in bowl. Add all chopped
ingredients to bowl and pour dressing over combination
a little at a time until completely coated. Do not over
saturate. Serve with tostado chips.
