1 c. oil
1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, butter and sugars well. Add eggs and beat until it’s white and fluffy,
then add remaining ingredients and blend well. Spoon onto a greased cookie
sheet and flatten. Bake at 375 º for 10 minutes or until brown.
