1 c plain wholewheat flour
1 c flour
2 T margarine
1 T sugar
1 T baking soda
1 T cream of tarter
1 T salt
Milk to mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Grease a bread tin.

Measure dry ingredients together. Cut and rub in margarine. Mix to elastic consistency with milk.

Turn on to a floured board and shape. Put in greased tin and brush with milk.

Bake for approximately 1 hour.
