1 pint heavy cream
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/4 cup Romano cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese-DON'T USE THE PARMESAN FROM THE SHAKER!!
2 tsp cayenne pepper

THE REST:

10 ounce package bowtie pasta cooked&drained according to package -al dente
1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 small jar/can of artichoke hearts drained
8 ounces precooked chicken breast cut up (I also throw in 1 pound ground or sliced Italian sausage
1 jar of sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1 ounce heavy cream



Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saute pan or large skillet. Add cream, salt and pepper, heat to boil. Remove from heat and fold in cheeses and cayenne pepper. Set aside.

THE REST:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter, then add mushrooms & sun dried tomatoes. Stir for 1 minute. Next add artichokes and chicken (and cooked sausage). Stir. Stir in 1 ounce heavy cream and 1/2 the cheese sauce. Add bow tie pasta followed by the rest of the sauce. Stir gently. Serve.

Cayenne pepper more or less to taste. I use more mushrooms and artichoke hearts and less pasta.
