1 prepared pizza crust, uncooked (make your own, buy one, whatever floats your boat!)
1 T freshly chopped parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 C sour cream
1/4 C mayonaise
1/4 C butter, melted
salt & pepper to taste
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
1/2 C shredded Parmesan

Preheat oven to 400º.
1. Roll out pizza dough and press into 11x14 jelly roll pan (or other, larger, pizza pan with a good depth to it. Make sure to spray your pan with a nonstick spray if it's not a nonstick pan.

2. Stir together all ingredients except for the cheeses. Spread onto the prepared pizza dough.

3. Sprinkle cheeses onto the mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done.

I start with the pizza dough from the deli at the Piggly Wiggly. I've made the dough to start this and bought it from the tube, but the deli dough from the Pig is the best, in our opinion. These are easy to make and ridiculously high in calories, pretty much like the Pokey Sticks you can find at Gumby's Pizza. Perfect.
