1 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
3 eggs
1 c sour cream
2 1/2 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt

Filling:

1/2 c sugar
2 t cinnamon
1 c pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs one at a time. When creamy, add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Batter will be thick. Pour 1/2 into greased 10" tube or bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 filling mixture. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining filling mixture. Bake at 350º for 40-50 mins.

I sometimes add a pint of fresh or frozen blueberries in the middle. If you do, increase making time to 1 hour.
