4-5 lbs. pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
Salt/pepper
1 bottle BBQ sauce (about 2 cups)
1-1/2 t liquid smoke (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle ribs with salt/pepper. Place ribs on broiler rack.

2. Broil ribs 20 to 25 minutes.

3. Put ribs in slow cooker.

4. Cover each rib with BBQ sauce/liquid smoke. Turn to cover each rib.

5. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

6. Optional---remove ribs from crock pot & broil on both sides again to crust
