5 oz.semi-sweet chocolate
3 oz.unsweetened chocolate
6 Tblsp [3/4 stick] butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tblsp instant espresso powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped pecans and walnuts

Preheat oven to 375º.Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and spray with oil.Melt semi sweet and unsweetened chocolate with the butter in double boiler,allow to cool.Sift flour ,baking powder,and salt together. Beat
eggs,vanilla,espressopowder in a medium bowl 10 seconds.Add sugar to egg mixture and blend it until thick.Add melted chocolate and add flour mixture and mix until blended.Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake until they rise and form a crust 13 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheets and let cool on racks.
