1 C butter, melted
2 C brown sugar, packed
2 eggs beaten
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 C white chips
3/4 C toffee or caramel baking bits

Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick vegetable oil and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until mixture is smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt; mix in white chocolate chips and toffee bits. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until set in the middle.
