8 oz cream cheese at room temp
14 oz can Artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1/2 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
1/4 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese + 1/4 cup for topping
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp basil
pinch of red pepper flakes

baguette slices for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream all ingredients minus the spinach and artichokes. Gently fold in the spinach and artichokes. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray. Add mixture, spread evenly, and top with 1/4 cup mozzarella. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with toasted baguette slices.

Susie and I put this dip together a few Christmas' ago when we were unable to locate a recipe that had all the ingredients we wanted! It was a hit!
