1/2 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. poultry seasoning
1 lb. (8 c.) dry bread pieces
2 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in frying pan. Add onion, celery and seasonings. Simmer until tender. Pour boiling water over bread. Stir to make sure all are moistened. Add margarine mixture and stir well. Bake in an 8x8 pan uncovered for 1 hour at 350º
