1 chicken, cut up or your favorite pieces (bone-in)
1 c flour
1 T baking powder
S & P
canola or blended oil (not olive oil)
Lawry's

Directions:
Directions:
In doubled brown paper lunch bag, add flour, baking powder and S & P. In heavy frying pan, heat oil over med-high heat. A few pieces at a time, dampen chicken under running water and drop into flour bag. Shake well to coat and add to pan, arranging so pieces do not touch. Brown chicken on all sides, removing to a broiler pan (I use foil ones) when done. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces. Sprinkle with Lawry's salt & pepper (or Mrs. Dash).

Bake in preheated 350º oven for 1 hour.
