2- packages cream cheese 8 ounces each

3 teaspoons vanilla

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

Mix ingredients in a bowl & beat until golden & smooth. Pour into a 10 inch pie pan, or square cake pan Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Cool slightly. (Leave oven on.) until middle sinks and forms crust. Top with a mixture of 1/2 pint sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 tablespoons sugar. Put back in oven for 10 minutes. Chill well before serving.

Recipe can easily be doubled, if so use a 9x13 pan.
