8 links sweet Italian sausage
1 package pepperoni
6oz canned sliced mushrooms
48 oz spaghetti sauce
2 small jars spaghetti sauce
1 large green pepper
1 large white sweet onion
6 cups of 3 different types of pasta-2 cups of each such as sea shells, chariot wheels, rotini
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Cook the Italian sausage in a pan and cut into 1/4" slices. Drain off excess grease.Cut pepperoni slices in half.Chop the green pepper and onion into small pieces. Saute the green pepper and onion in olive oil in a pan on the stove to soften.Combine the sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and 1 1/2 c of the mozzarella cheese with the 48oz jar of spaghetti sauce in a large bowl.Mix thoroughly.Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the package directions and rinse.Pasta can be cooked in the same pan all at once. Cover the bottom of a large dutch oven or electric roaster pan with small jar of spaghetti sauce.
Alternately layer the pasta and the meat mixture in the dutch oven.Cover the top layer with spaghetti sauce.Apply lid to pan. Bake at 350 for at least one hour or longer depending on the size of the pan used. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture the last 15 minutes of baking. Great pasta dish for large gatherings!
