1 can beef consommé
1-2 green onion, chopped
2 T honey
3 T lemon juice
pinch of finer
1/3 c soy sauce

Mix ingredients in a large Ziploc©. Traditionally, Grandma used flank steak to make a London Broil but sirloin also works really well. Marinate overnight or as long as possible to get the best flavor.
