12 oz Lasagna
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp vegetable
8 oz tomato sauce
8 oz tomato paste
2 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
6 oz evaporated milk
15 oz Ricotta cheese
1 tsp salt optional

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare lasagna as directed in package. Ground meat is cooked with garlic, tomato paste and sauce. Meanwhile in a small pan heat up milk, Parmesan cheese and eggs. Combine ground meat with the milk sauce.
In a 9x13 baking dish add a layer of lasagna, sprinkle Parmesan cheese; add a layer of beef sauce then spoons of ricotta cheese and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Repeat process. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
