"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
To one pint Olive Oil add just enough wine vinegar to add a zip ( that turns out to be about 1: 5 Vinegar to Oil)
add four tablespoons of Grey Poupon Mustard
1 teaspoon of sugar or S. sub.
1 teaspoon of course-ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon of anchovie paste and/or Grated Romano cheese
(note: if you like loads of flavor, you can dump in a small packet of Italian Salad Dressing mix)

Directions:
Directions:
Best only with lower crispy leaves of Romaine Lettuce (or IceBerg)
Hey, did you know that you can use the dark green upper Romaine Lettuce parts. Just pop into a
Green Smoothy for super healthy results.
....forget onions or other junk in your Newman Salad (recipe continues on next page)
Critical: when serving, add one clove of minced garlic into the dressing.
then TOSS ENTIRE SALAD WELL before serving. Don't just
dump it on like your kid's nasty Ranch dressing

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
".....this is so good that you can even dress popcorn or potato chips...I sold this to a restaurant in gallons and they even marinated carrots with it"
