1/2 cup dry mustard
4-6 tablespoons cold water or flat beer or milk
sprinkle sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put dry mustard in bowl, a sprinkle of sugar, add cold water, milk or beer-- stirring constantly until thoroughly mixed.
This is 'hot' so use cautiously.
Great with Char Siu!!!
